If something goes wrong
Mowing & Strimming:
For small garden we prefer to use your own green/garden bins, composters or mulching. If you don't want to keep your green waste what we've made we will take grass clippings with us at no extra cost.
Hedge trimming & Pruning:
If you don't want to keep this waste we will take it to the recycle centre at the extra cost £10.
If for any reasons we can't finish our job we will come back to you at the convenient time. Sometime the weather can change our plans but we will do our best to finish the job.
For mowing, strimming & trimming of your small/medium gardens you can pay by cash or bank transfer once job is done.
For bigger jobs you will sign an agreement and we will take a deposit of 50% from final price. Once job is done you can pay out the outstanding cost by cash or bank transfer.
Payments done online for plans of small or medium gardens which are outside of our catchment area will be refunded and job cancelled.
Customers who want to have their service on regular basis will be offered discounted price.
If something goes wrong and we will make any damage we are fully covered by PLI insurance for your peace of mind.
